RGBSI ranked number 47, with a 249% increase in revenue. RGBSI joins the ranks of companies like Quicken Loans, Chrysler Group, and General Motors. Their growth can be attributed to their diversification. Originally begun 16 years ago as an engineering services company based primarily in the automotive industry, RGBSI has a growing presence in the fields of aerospace, defense, locomotives, and more. In addition to their engineering services, RGBSI is a full-service staffing company. "Just before the meltdown of 2008 and 2009, I sensed we needed to diversify," said RGBSI CEO and president Nanua Singh in the *Crain's *article. The diversification has certainly been as asset to the company, as their revenue could hit $100 million this year, continuing to propel RGBSI's growth as a leading staffing company in the Metro-Detroit area.
